New Debate Courtyard Construction
The location we are going to construct debate ground
We have goal to construct debate ground because; a) In our nunnery haven’t any debate ground since our nunnery has built. Nuns have to debate where they get fine place to sit. Some nuns debate on the corner of prayer hall, some debate in prayer hall, some debate on the roof of the classroom; some are outer space of kitchen and back side of the prayer hall.
b) We don’t get any place to debate our Buddhist philosophy when raining season started. Here in Mcleod raining season is very long and we can use only our prayer hall for debate. But our prayer hall is not so big. Every year this raining season disturbed a lot to our nuns to debate on the time. By cause of wet and cold place mostly nuns getting sick and specially problem to their waist and kidneys.
c) In our nunnery couldn’t get any chance to invite other nunneries to attend annual debate session in our nunnery even it’s our turn to invite and serve them as they served us every year. These all are because of lack place for debate ground and rooms for nuns. Our nunnery is one of the oldest nunnery in exile but we don’t have any good facilities.
We all nuns hope every one can see and understand our problems and donate little amount to come over our wish.
